Interfaith Harmony Week: Love of God and Neighbor
February 1 – 7, 2025
by Thomas P. Bonacci, C.P.

When you love someone,
You have to offer that person
The best you have.
The best thing we can offer another person
Is our true presence.

The theme of this year’s Interfaith Harmony Week concerns the age-old question, “Who is my neighbor?” We will offer seven reflections (one on each day of Interfaith Harmony Week) exploring what it might mean to be a person of love in a time of trouble and uncertainty.

The reflections glean from the wisdom traditions of humankind, individual teachers, and people we have met. The love of another requires deep interior work and development. Our reflections will honor that interior work.

We hope these reflections will encourage you as you continue the work of building and living the Beloved Community. Thank you for considering these reflections in your daily practice of love, understanding, and compassion.
