We take our title for this Retreat from the Apostolic Letter of Pope Francis on the Liturgy. Our Triduum observance will provide us an opportunity to review and ponder the significance of the Table of Jesus in our lives as his disciples.
The service Jesus renders on Holy Thursday is the model of our own care for one another. The giving of Jesus on the Cross is the source of life in the Spirit. The resurrection of Jesus from the dead empowers us to be his risen love in the here and now of life.
Prayer, study, contemplation, and quiet will bless us as our retreat unfolds.
